Having completed the construction of the wind turbine foundations, Kipeto wind energy has successfully installed the first of the 60,1.7MW Wind Turbine Generator on 15th November 2019. This is a special lifting operation to install 3 tower sections, the nacelle and rotor. The wind turbine Generator is 130M at tip height and takes approximately 2 days to be completed in ideal conditions.
